 If you are overwhelmed by the prospect of creating a first
website or overhauling an existing site, Website Strategic Planning and
Consulting Services are just what you need.
Before you can create a
"WOW!" website, you need to spend some time planning out what the site will
look like and how it will serve your business. I work with businesses of all
sizes and in a variety of professions and industries to help them sort through
the myriad of questions and issues that must be addressed when building a
business website and attempting to align the website with your overall
marketing objectives.

Services are available with three options:
Level 1: Basic Strategic Website Consulting - $595.00

Small business owners and professionals often
require the most help in planning and implementing a website. Why? Because
often, these business owners do not have a clear, concise marketing strategy in
place, and without a clear marketing strategy, it's pretty tough to create a
web site that will be effective in helping you market your
business.
This consulting package will help you get clarity on how you
want your website to fit into your overall marketing plan, and will give you
some guidance on what your next steps should be.
What's included:
- Pre-consultation assessment questionnaire.
- An initial 90-minute session to set objectives
and begin strategic planning, followed by 2 x 30-minute consultations - total
of 3 meetings (all conducted by telephone).
- Sessions must be completed within 6 weeks.
- Telephone access to me between meetings,
throughout the 6-week program.
- If needed, additional consulting sessions can be added on, at a rate of
$125 per hour.
- By the end of the program, you can typically
expect to fully understand the process of what it takes to create a website and
how you need to prepare based on your current level of readiness; you should
also have a "next steps" plan in place.
- After the program, you have access to contact me
for up to 1 month via email to ask any additional questions that come to
mind.
- Fee: $495.00

Level 2: Expanded Strategic Website Consulting - Fee

Sometimes, the basic consulting isn't enough. Businesses
with more complex website requirements or larger businesses often need more
support over a longer period of time.
I can create a customized
package of strategic consulting support based upon the scope of the project and
your requirements. The goal of this program is to meet whatever objectives we
jointly agree upon at the outset of our work together; this might include
developing a complete website from top to bottom, updating the look or
navigation on your current site, rewriting part or all of the copy, or
implementing a higher level of features such as a shopping cart for on-line
purchase of your products or services.
This service can also be combined
with Website Copywriting
and Custom Website Design
to provide you with the complete "WOW!" web package. Contact me to discuss your needs and request a

Level 3: Consulting "As Needed" --

Some people prefer to work with me on an "as needed"
basis, whenever they want to brainstorm ideas for changing or growing their
website, or if they are first-timers with lots of questions.
I am
available to work with you one-on-one on an hourly basis in whatever capacity
you require, so that you can formulate a good working plan for your company's
website. Just contact me to set
